Q: | How do you handle customer complaints? |
A: | We work closely with the lorry driver in charge of the delivery by having a meeting to discuss and settle the problem immediately. We take great care in forging and maintaining a good relationship with both the lorry drivers and customers. |
Q: | Are your lorry drivers certified? |
A: | Yes. We help arrange their attendance for the food safety handling training course under KKM (Latihan Kursus Makanan). We also ensure that they have received the typhoid vaccination. Both are compulsory. |
Q: | Is any special equipment used to maintain the cleanliness of the lorries? |
A: | Yes. We cover the workshop maintenance and ensure regular checks. |
